Eligibility Criteria
General Eligibility:
- Applicants must be nationals of approved Sub-Saharan African countries.
- They should not hold British or dual British citizenship.
- Financial need as assessed by UCL is a requirement.
Additional Criteria:
Candidates ideally should meet at least one of the following:
- Forced migrant
- First generation in the family to attend university at the undergraduate level
- First generation in the family to attend university at the postgraduate level
Specific Criteria:
Prospective students from Sub-Saharan African countries with assessed household income less than £42,875 or those with refugee, asylum seeker, or temporary leave status.
