For international students applying to this university:
•Applicants without R.O.C. nationality must follow the Ministry of Education’s Regulations for International Students Pursuing Studies in Taiwan.

For overseas Chinese students, including those from Hong Kong or Macao:
•”Overseas Chinese student” refers to individuals of Chinese heritage pursuing education in Taiwan.
•Eligibility criteria include being born abroad and residing there until now, or living abroad continuously for six years (eight years for medical or dental school applicants), along with holding permanent or long-term residency status abroad.
•Applicants must meet the stipulations outlined in the M.O.E. Regulations Regarding Study and Counseling Assistance for Overseas Chinese Students in Taiwan.
•Those who have lived in Hong Kong, Macao, or another foreign country for more than six years (eight years for medical or dental school applicants) and possess a permanent residence certificate issued by the governments of Hong Kong or Macao are eligible to apply to study in Taiwan.
Additionally, students from Hong Kong and Macau, along with other overseas Chinese nationals, have the option to apply directly to KMU or through the University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students.
For mainland China students:
•PRC passport holders interested in applying from mainland China should proceed by applying through the University Entrance Committee for Mainland Chinese Students.

•Undergraduate Program:
The M.O.E. must recognize and certify a senior high school diploma obtained from an overseas senior high school, a foreign or bilingual school in Taiwan, or other document of similar educational standing.
•School of Post-Baccalaureate Medicine:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher from a university or an independent college that has received M.O.E. recognition, or a document demonstrating an equivalent level of study, should be validated by the R.O.C. representative office. A certificate of “being enrolled via International Students Admission Channel in a bachelor’s degree program or higher” is needed if the applicant completed their studies in accordance with the requirements of Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan.
•Master’s Program:
An equivalent educational level document or a Bachelor’s degree or higher obtained from a university or an independent college recognized by the M.O.E. must undergo certification by the R.O.C. representative office. Furthermore, applicants who have completed their studies in accordance with the requirements of Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan must provide a certificate of “enrollment via the International Students Admission Channel in a bachelor’s degree program or higher.”
•PPh.D.Program:
A document of equivalent educational level or a Bachelor’s degree or higher received from a university or an independent college recognized by the M.O.E. should be certified by the R.O.C. representative office. A certificate of “being enrolled via International Students Admission Channel in a bachelor’s degree program or higher” is required if the applicant completed thstudyhe requirements of Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan.
Method of Application:
•Visit the application website and select the degree program you want to apply for: [Undergraduate Program] or [Master/Ph.D.]
•After carefully reading the Declaration, accept the application’s terms. Please be aware that if any required fields on the application form are left blank, it won’t be saved correctly.
•Only applicants to the School of Post-Baccalaureate Medicine should upload all necessary files and pay the application fee.
•Before the application deadline date, all application materials must be uploaded after the online application has been finished.
•Print out the completed application forms, sign them, and then upload the scanned copies.
•For each program that you have applied, set up at least two separate referrers.
•The application must be finished by clicking the “Submit Application” button.
