Scholarship Overview: DUT will provide the Chinese Government Scholarship – High-Level Postgraduate Program for Doctoral or Master’s degree students in 2024. This scholarship covers various graduate programs, with a duration of three years for master’s programs and four years for doctoral programs.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the Dalian University Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Non-Chinese citizens in good health
- Education background and age limit:
- Master’s degree applicants: Bachelor’s degree and under the age of 35
- Doctoral degree applicants: Master’s degree and under the age of 40
- Language requirements:
- Chinese-taught program: HSK certificate (within 2 years)
- English-taught program: TOEFL or IELTS transcript (score of 80 or higher for TOEFL, 5.5 or higher for IELTS); English language proficiency certificate for applicants from English-speaking countries

- Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form and Blood Test Report
- Photocopy of passport photo page and one blank visa page
- Language Proficiency certificates
- Certificate of No-Criminal Conviction
- Notarized highest diploma (notarized photocopy)
- One passport-sized photo (3cm * 4cm)
