Value & Duration of Award:
- Full tuition fees are covered for successful applicants.
- Additionally, recipients receive a yearly stipend of $32,000 for a three-year period.
Selection Criteria: The RTP Scholarship is merit-based, with assessment based on the following categories:
- Academic achievement and writing skills (0-20 points)
- Quality of research project and alignment with CQUniversity research priority areas (0-15 points)
- Evidence of motivation, research experience, and research environment (0-15 points)

Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Be enrolled in an accredited Research Higher Degree (RHD) course at CQUniversity, either as a domestic candidate or an overseas candidate.
- Not be receiving income from another source to support general living costs.
- Meet the eligibility requirements for a Masters by Research or PhD program at CQUniversity.
- Not be receiving an equivalent award or scholarship from the Commonwealth aimed at offsetting RHD tuition fees.
- Meet the English proficiency requirements of CQUniversity.
