For Associates
As an Associate, you will work on a case team with talented and supportive BCG members who will help you learn and challenge you to grow. You will be responsible for specific components of a project, such as analyzing a client’s performance or conducting interviews with key market players or industry specialists.
Requirements for Associates and Senior Associates
- Academic Qualifications: Excellent academic results from a recognized university (second class upper and above). A master’s or PhD degree is preferable.
- Work Experience:
- Associates: 3+ years of relevant working experience.
- Senior Associates: 5+ years of relevant working experience.
- Eligibility:
- Applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree within two and a half years of application, preferably completed the NYSC or about to get called up for service.
- Demonstrated impact through extensive extra-curricular activities and awards.
