2024 BI Norwegian Scholarship for International Students
The BI Norwegian Scholarship for International Students is open to candidates who have studied abroad and have a strong academic background.
The primary provider of research-based knowledge on business and management disciplines in Norway is the independent, non-profit BI Norwegian Business School. BI Norwegian Business School employed 845 people in total in 2015; 441 of those were in administration and 404 were in academia. Having produced over 200,000 graduates since 1983, BI is Norway’s top provider of economic and administrative education, with 18,728 students.

The BI Norwegian Scholarship provides a substantial undergraduate scholarship program, but it is highly competitive; each year, the number of candidate applications for scholarships greatly exceeds the number of scholarships available.
The BI Norwegian Business School allows you to apply for more than one scholarship, but will only grant one scholarship per applicant; scholarships are awarded by a specific academic program and are not transferable; candidates who hold a bachelor’s degree already will not be given preference for scholarships.
Eligibility Requirements for BI Norwegian 2024 Scholarship:
To be eligible for the Norwegian Scholarship offered by BI:
Applicants from outside Norway who have experience in international education are taken into consideration for this scholarship.
Applicants who submit an application and are accepted into one of the following programs:
Business Administration Bachelor’s Degree
Business Data Science Bachelor’s Degree
Diploma in Digital Marketing
Note: This scholarship is not available to foreign applicants who are not residents of Norway and have citizenship outside of the EU, EEA, or Switzerland.
Benefits of the BI Norwegian 2024 Scholarship:
If the recipient of the BI Scholarship continues to meet the requirements for academic progression, the scholarship will pay 50% of tuition for up to three years.

If qualified, overseas applicants for the BI International Scholarship will also have their applications for the Women in Finance and Tech Scholarship taken into consideration. It’s not necessary to submit a separate scholarship application letter.
Final transcripts from their high school year must be sent by June 27 at the latest, as soon as they become available.
Write a one-page or less scholarship application letter explaining why you should be awarded this scholarship. Scholarships are not given out based on need for money but rather on academic merit.
